Once you get your information from the first site you just plug in the data into the correct slots and it creates whichever type of graph you desire. It is a very easy way to form a visual image of numerical data. The national data is higher than the state of WV. WV is a step behind the nation when it comes to avg math scores for both 4th and 8th grade. However both, WV and the nation have seen an increase around the same avg. They both are steadily rising over time and seem to be at a similar rate.
